FIORANO MODENESE (MODENA - ITALY) - MUNICIPAL LIBRARY - LUNA SYSTEM

On october 1st 2011 a new cultural center was inaugurated in Fiorano Modenese (Modena - Italy). It combines the Municipal Library, the Play-Room and the Municipal Archives. The building is made by two structures side by side. They form a corner and remind the shape of a book, alluding to the reading experience. With a steel core, the library has all the outer walls covered by "gres" tiles with LUNA system substructure.
